Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SATisfied Prep (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts

You may use much of the Service without an account. To save your progress, you create an account through Supabase Auth (email/password or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service’s content in bulk, or resell access to the Service.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or interfere with other users.

Practice content is for educational use

The practice questions and explanations are provided for personal, educational study only. They are derived from publicly available College Board materials and are made available here as a study aid. The Service and its content are not official testing materials and do not guarantee any particular score or outcome.

Tutoring is a separate service

SATisfied Prep may link to private 1-on-1 tutoring. Any tutoring is a separate service arranged directly between you and the tutor, governed by its own arrangements and not by these Terms. Using the practice tool does not entitle you to tutoring, and these Terms do not create any obligation to provide tutoring.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The SATisfied Prep name, design, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with this Service (see the disclaimer below). Trademarks are used only for identification and reference.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the practice content is free of mistakes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SATisfied Prep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Service.

Changes to the Service and these terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in [Your State].
